Cancelling when you buy lingerie online

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. You have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order, either telephone the Customer Service Team on 01636 705498 or send an e-mail to customerservice@frooti.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
